Employment Rights Act 2025 Masterclass

The Employment Rights Act 2025 is transforming the employment landscape.

Whilst some significant reforms are already in force, significant new obligations arrive in October 2026 and January 2027, with further important changes following throughout 2027.

Employers who wait until implementation dates arrive risk finding themselves on the back foot.

Join Patrick Byrne, Head of Employment at McHale & Co Solicitors, for a practical breakfast briefing examining:

• The key reforms already in force, including changes to statutory sick pay, redundancy protections and various family leave rights.
• What is changing in October 2026, including third-party harassment liability, expanded trade union powers, and tribunal time limit extensions.
• The major January 2027 reforms, including major unfair dismissal reforms, a clamp down on fire and rehire practices, limitations on zero hours worker contracts, and much more.
• The increased risks facing employers.
• Practical steps to prepare your organisation.

The session is designed for business leaders and HR professionals who want clear, commercially focused guidance rather than legal jargon.
