About this Event
This employability workshop, organised by Open Cultural Center with the support of Colt Technology Services volunteers, will focus on preparing participants for job interviews and future recruitment processes.
The session will combine a practical workshop with mock interviews, giving participants the opportunity to learn and practise key interview skills in a supportive environment. The workshop will cover topics such as how to present yourself, how to communicate your skills and experience, and common dos and don’ts during an interview.
Participants will then take part in two rounds of mock interviews with COLT volunteers, followed by feedback after each round. This will allow them to put the advice into practice, receive constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
The event will close with a short reflection and an informal networking session between participants and volunteers.
