Discover and practice tools to assist in regulating emotions. This small, hands-on gathering is led by Amy Styers Bissette, LCSW, therapist and educator at The Center for Wellbeing & Care. Registration (no cost) is required. Lunch, prepared by Chef Andrea, will be available for a fee of $12 per person.
