In the bustling canvas of life, the art of maintaining emotional stability while enhancing productivity is non-negotiable. Through various interactive modules, hands-on activities, and reflective sessions, this program will equip them with the tools to navigate through the complexities of emotions and challenges of work with grace and confidence. This two day training course and workshop, starting at 9.00am until 5.00pm each day, will teach what to do in order to create a crisis management plan that is social media compliant and effective when so exposed via online platforms and channels.
The training course lasts two full days starting at 9.00am until 5.00pm, and is inclusive of course materials, certificate, lunch, refreshments and snacks, along with complimentary four week post course support and assistance.
