About this Event
EMOTE is an intimate movement experience designed to help participants reconnect with their emotional world through the wisdom of the body. This is a safe space designed to truly experience and process the energy within you.
Through guided prompts, intuitive movement, breath, music, and light choreography, participants will be invited to explore emotional expression without judgment.
There is no dance experience required only a willingness to be curious about what your body is holding and what it may be ready to express.
Participants can expect to leave feeling more grounded, connected, and present within themselves. Whether you are seeking emotional release, self-discovery, creative expression, or simply a new way to connect with your body, EMOTE offers an opportunity to experience movement as a powerful tool for healing and transformation.
