Wanna punch stuff to screamy music? Same. Join us at RockBox in Pacific Beach for a boxing and strength training class brought to you by Alt Wellness Club. Expect a killer playlist, a solid workout, and a room full of people who get it. No experience necessary, just show up ready to move. Wrist wraps are included, so you can focus on throwing punches and lifting without a hitch. This will be our heaviest playlist yet ⚡
