FALL 2026 TOWN HALL MEETING - ASK A QUESTIONThe POA is responsible for our 5 ponds, 90 acres of common area throughout the community, the dog park, and the homeowners' architectural modification (ARC) approval process. During this meeting, it has been customary for the POA Board of Directors to ask that homeowners submit questions and concerns ahead of time to the board for discussion and feedback during the Town Hall.
Please submit your questions directly to the board from the website - www.EmmensPreservePOA.com . Be sure you have set your communication preferences in your profile to receive emails. The POA send E-blasts to homeowners on a regular basis for information purposes as well as current project information.
