We don't talk about emergency preparedness enough. Off the top of your head, what would you grab if you had a few minutes before you had to leave home? While there is no one plan, there are a few things you should consider essential if an emergency occurs. This workshop is geared towards community members interested in what they can do to prepare themselves and their families ready in case they must leave suddenly. We will look at some hands on options, checklists to build and how to protect important items.
The first workshop will be at the Aitkin County Library on Thursday, October 29th from 6pm-7:30pm. No registration is required. First 10 people who show up will get a goodie bag that will include items essential to their go bag!
