Every beginning starts in stillness.
Join us beneath the New Moon as we create space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what is quietly emerging from within. Through guided breathwork, immersive sound, and reflection, we’ll release the noise of everyday life and listen for what is waiting to unfold.
Dress comfortably - we will be seated and lying on the floor for this class. We will have mats and blankets; please bring only a water bottle and your journal.
