Join us for an evening of gentle exploration as we move from activation into deep rest, creating space to listen inward and reconnect with the body.

We’ll begin by setting an intention for our journey as we gently connect with our sacred ally. We’ll slowly shift into vagus nerve activation and some gentle movement, followed by a restful Yoga Nidra led by Fallon.
As we submerge our bodies in the land of frequency, a deeply immersive sound healing journey will carry us through the evening. You’ll hear crystal bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and other carefully selected healing instruments.
What happens when we stop bracing against what is, and soften into receiving?
What might become possible when you soften your grip?
What would it feel like to let yourself be held, rather than always having to hold everything together?
There is nothing to fix, force, or figure out.
Just an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and embrace your body, your breath, the present moment, and all that is ready to be received.

This is a 21+ event. Contraindications: Anyone who is taking lithium or has taken lithium (supplemental and prescription) within the past 30 days, severe mental dis-ease; schizophrenia, bipolar, BPD, heart dis-ease, high blood pressure, recent head trauma, or epilepsy. Lastly, anyone taking antipsychotics, SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, Ozempic, benzodiazepines or GLP-1 supplements.
