Take a little time for yourself these holidays, and join Ashera Lavu at Live Free Yoga for this 3 hour deep dive into the chakras! The chakras are a powerful map for you to explore, connect, heal and deepen your relationship to yourself, life and divine connection. You may have heard about chakras and most likely know a little about them, but have not had a clear, cohesive overview of how they function and it all works. The more you understand the chakras and how they operate, interact with your environment, energize your body and process vital information, the more you are able to harness your energy and enhance life in all categories. This includes greather presence, confidence, vitality, communication, creativity, relationships, sexuality, spirituality and service.
In this workshop, we will cover what each chakra governs, represents, how they function, what projection is, and how we create our experiences based on chakra flow. We will go further into topics like the auric field and intuitive capabilities.
There will be exercises for sensing, feeling and connecting to these centers as well as practices to gain confidence in trusting your own intuition.
