About this Event

Women Abroad Club X Tracey Zhang Coaching invite you to join for a soulful gathering to come home to yourself — not as an idea, but as a felt, embodied experience.

This breathwork journey is created especially for expats, immigrants, and digital nomads navigating relocation, constant change, and the emotional layers that come with building a life across countries and cultures.

When you’ve moved far from where you started, “home” can begin to feel external, conditional, or distant. This session is an invitation to rediscover home as an inner experience — a steady, grounding presence you can return to, wherever you are in the world.

Through rhythmic breathing and gentle somatic movement, you’ll be guided into a nervous-system-led experience that supports you in softening out of survival mode and into presence, safety, and self-connection.

This session is designed to help you:

  • Gently release stress, grief, and unprocessed emotions stored in the body
  • Reconnect with your inner child — the part of you that longs to feel held, seen, and safe
  • Cultivate a deep, embodied sense of belonging that isn’t dependent on location
  • Connect with your future, higher self — the part of you that feels calm, clear, and deeply rooted in who you are

This journey is guided by Tracey Zhang, a breathwork facilitator and somatic practitioner who left home at 16 and has lived in six cities around the world. Her work is shaped by lived experience — navigating displacement, identity shifts, and the search for belonging — and by years of supporting others in building inner safety, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
