Embody Sage Health and Wellness Series

Join us at the Jazzercise Charlotte Fitness Center LoSo on March 31, 2026 at 1:30 PM (Eastern Time) This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation for long-term health and wellness. Over six weeks, we’ll focus on practical nutrition education, building healthy daily habits, and supportive wellness practices that promote longevity, balance, and overall well-being. 

There is also an introductory class on March 10th entitled My body is telling me what? to help you to become more aware of the cues that your body gives you. Awareness of these cues will provide information on what areas may require more focus during the series.
