This traditional practice is a moving meditation—an opportunity to release what the winter held, reconnect with your breath, and step into the new season with clarity and strength.

You’ll be guided through the practice in supportive rounds, with options offered throughout so you can honor your body.

This is not about perfection or performance.
It’s about presence, intention, and community.

You’ll experience:

•Warm-up and accessible sun salutation options
•108 Sun Salutations in guided rounds
•Rest, integration, and closing ritual

All registered participants will receive a Sun Salutation Prep Video with three variations you can practice at home.
