About this Event
Welcome to Embody and Bloom!
Come gather in nature for a deeply restorative, expressive journey through movement, breath, sound, and intuitive art.
This 3-hour experience is designed for those who long to reconnect with themselves in a grounded, embodied, and creative way.
We begin with gentle somatic awareness and Qi Gong-inspired movement to awaken the body and settle into presence. From there, you'll be guided through Ka-Activated Breathwork and a soundbath, creating space for release, recalibration, and inner listening. In the final portion of our time together, we will move into intuitive painting to support the embodiment and expression of what has surfaced.
No artistic skill is needed. This is not about technique; it is about expression, presence, and allowing what is within to take form.
