Embodied Yoga Flow & Live Music
This is an evening we’ve been wanting to create for a long time, and it is a privilege to share this with Mark & John, two incredibly talented musicians.
John weaves heart-opening melodies through the Kora, meeting Mark’s uplifting Mexican-inspired rhythms on the guitar. Together, they create a beautiful symphony of sounds to guide you deeper into your body, inviting you to soften, let go of thought, and drop into a full-body experience.
An evening to move, feel, listen and reconnect.
We’ll awaken the senses through the warmth of homemade chai, the grounding aroma of palo santo, the sounds of live music, and the subtle art of turning our awareness inwards.
Allowing the music to guide our bodies we will flow together. Through an integrative blend of vinyasa yoga, movement meditations and yin yoga, it provides a container of discovery to help guide you back into balance.
There is no expectations or previous experience with yoga. Just come as you are with an open heart.
