THROUGH INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT
About this Event
Embodied Portals
Music • Movement • Story • Breath
Enter a sacred space where the body remembers, music guides, and your story is gently witnessed.
There are stories the mind cannot tell, yet the body remembers.
Join us for an afternoon of movement and storytelling as we enter a sacred space where the body is invited to speak.
Together, we will gently explore what the body has been holding our memories, emotions, history, and the footprints of the life we have lived. Every experience leaves an imprint. Through intentional movement, breath, and live music, we create space to listen, soften, remember, and, let go.
This is an invitation to reconnect with yourself through the wisdom of your body. To allow emotions to visit without judgment. To have your story witnessed in the presence of a caring community. To discover that healing doesn't always come through words it can also emerge through movement, rhythm, breath, and presence.
Throughout our journey, Puma Yolchimalli will share his medicine through music, offering live melodies and rhythms that gently guide us into presence, flow, and embodied connection. His music becomes a companion supporting the body to soften, the heart to open, and the spirit to remember.
We will close our gathering by sharing a warm cup of tea and conversation.
