Join us for the Embodied Goddess experience ✨Embodied Goddess is a 60-minute journey out of the thinking mind and back into the wisdom of your body. We’ll weave together intuitive and sensual movement, breath, somatic awareness, meditation, music, channeled messages, moments of stillness, and authentic connection with other women.
There is nothing to perform and no choreography to get right. Come exactly as you are and move in the way your body is asking to move. Each gathering is an invitation to soften, express, release, receive, reconnect with yourself, and experience what becomes possible when women gather in embodied community.
Bring:
A yoga mat and/or journal, comfortable clothing you can move freely in, and an open heart.
We’ll provide:
A warm cup of tea, cozy blankets, a beautiful space to land, and—of course—immaculate vibes. ✨
Come home to your body. Remember your power. Rise together.
