A little space to slow down, reconnect and remember the magic of simply being. 🌿
I’d love you to join me for an informal gathering of sisters in nature, where we’ll come together to connect, move, learn, share and simply be.
The Embodied Fairy Sister Circle is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and create space for presence, playfulness, self-connection and meaningful conversation.
Together, we’ll explore:
☕ Ceremonial Cacao: a gentle welcome to arrive, settle in and set an intention.
🪞 Reiki Mirror Practice: an opportunity to explore presence, reflection and connection with another woman.
🦋 The Embodied Fairy Method: an introduction to my holistic approach to wellbeing, including the pillars of cellular health, with time for discussion, questions and sharing our own experiences.
🌊 Embodied Movement: gentle partner stretching to explore body awareness, connection and relaxation.
🌸 Gratitude Circle & Nibbles: closing our time together with reflection, gratitude and something delicious to share.
✨ A little gift from me: Each woman will receive a printed copy of my Cellular Health guide to take home.
This is not about being perfect, having all the answers or needing to change who you are. It’s about creating space to explore, connect and embrace a more embodied way of living.
Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your openness and your beautiful, imperfect self.

🎟️ Contribution: $33 per woman (to cover costs of location and nibbles/cacao)
🦋 Limited to 10 women to keep the gathering intimate.
Please bring a yoga mat or comfortable blanket, your fave activewear but give it a feminine flow twist! A water bottle and a small plate of fruit or another snack to share if you can.
