Have things felt a little intense lately? You're not alone. Leave your weighted blanket at home and come to this community storytelling workshop to learn how stories build bridges within your synapses. You'll experience how sharing stories can connect you with others, with nature, with yourself, and how they carry the DNA of our humanity. Everyone is a storyteller. In this workshop, participants will learn the essential elements of a well-told story, and also reflect on the stories they tell themselves. You'll tell stories to each other as a practice of connection, understanding, and compassion. Bring a journal, something to write with, and your own curiosity, wonder, and love.
