EMBER warmly greets us in the darkness of December.
We slow down and listen to the pulse of our own life force. Our inner fire continues to burn and nourish us through the darker days. As the nights grow longer we enter more deeply into the dreamscape.
Instinctively we turn toward the wisdom of our lineages. Our ancestors knew how to navigate the turning of the seasons. Their resilience lives deep within our bones and breath. Their wisdom reminds us how to tend the fire and keep the spark alive.
The 5Rhythms dance becomes our map as we explore the embers within us.
We listen. We feel. We release. We remember.
And we tend what remains alive in the darkness.
