About this Event
A trauma-informed morning tea for women who have experienced domestic and family violence.
Join us for a calm and welcoming New Year wellbeing morning tea focused on creating supportive habits, setting meaningful goals, and stepping into the year ahead with intention.
A new year can bring pressure to change everything all at once. This gentle and supportive session focuses instead on small, sustainable steps that help create meaningful change over time.
Together, we’ll explore how to build habits that support your wellbeing and how to set realistic goals that feel aligned with the life you want to create.
There is no pressure to share anything personal. Participation is always optional, and you are welcome to simply listen, reflect, or participate in ways that feel comfortable for you.
During the morning you can expect:
• A warm welcome and relaxed morning tea
• A safe and respectful environment
• Gentle goal-setting and reflection activities
• Practical tools for embedding supportive habits
• Encouragement to move forward at your own pace
• The opportunity to connect with other women who understand the journey forward
Numbers are intentionally capped to keep the space safe and supportive. Registration is essential.
