Email Marketing Essentials: 7 Secrets for Success
Email marketing remains one of the most effective ways for small businesses to build relationships with customers, generate sales and encourage repeat business — but only when it’s done well.
This practical workshop takes attendees through the essential building blocks of a successful email marketing strategy, from growing a healthy subscriber list and improving email deliverability to creating useful automated workflows and writing content people actually want to read.
Attendees will learn how to:
• create a simple, effective email marketing strategy
• grow their email list using their website, lead magnets and other owned channels
• improve deliverability and reduce the chances of emails ending up in spam
• use automations such as welcome sequences, abandoned baskets and post-purchase emails
• plan engaging email content and stronger calls to action
• understand the key metrics that show whether their emails are actually working
• identify what to improve when results aren’t as good as expected
The session is designed to be practical and accessible, with plenty of real-world examples and actionable advice attendees can put into practice straight away. It’s suitable both for businesses just getting started with email marketing and those already sending emails but wanting to get better results from them.
