Blending mixology, art, poetry, and storytelling, Elixir of Life is conceived as a multisensory exploration of memory, transformation, and the beauty of life’s evolving stages. Proceeds from the evening will support Civil Art and its ongoing mission to foster opportunities for the API creative community.

Centered around Alex’s (Founder of George Bang Bang) curated selection of four cinema-inspired cocktails, each representing a distinct stage of life, the experience invites guests to journey through the arc of a lifetime in a single intimate evening.

Each guest will receive a specially designed booklet featuring original drawings, poetry, and a curated cocktail menu, serving as both a guide to the experience and a keepsake of the evening.

The Experience & Keepsake

The evening opens and concludes with poetic reflections written exclusively for Elixir of Life by published poet Dr. Darius Phelps. Accompanied by original illustrations inspired by the selected cinematic references for each cocktail, created by Ho Jae Kim (artist represented by Harper’s and co-founder of Civil Art), guests are invited to experience a multisensory exploration of life’s four stages through thoughtfully curated artistic expressions.

Each guest receives a commemorative booklet featuring original poetry, illustrations, and the curated cocktail menu, serving as a guide through the evening’s journey. Designed as a collectible keepsake, the booklet offers a tangible reminder of the experience and the reflections it inspires.
