This year the event will look a little different. We have moved the parade to 5PM on Saturday, and Elgin will also be celebrating Dia De Los Muertos. There will be vendors downtown, and the Veterans Day celebration after the parade will be held in the grass area on Central Avenue between Lo-Fi and McShan Barber Shop. Cake will be served.
