🎄 What’s the Show About?
Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa’s sack of toys on Christmas Eve and is transported to the North Pole. Raised as an elf, Buddy lives in happy ignorance until is forced to face the truth.
With Santa’s blessing, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father, discover his true identity, and help a cynical Empire State regain its holiday spirit. Facing a world that's forgotten the magic of Christmas, and a dad who is definitely on the Naughty List, Buddy is determined to win over his new family with relentless optimism, maple syrup, and a whole lot of holiday magic!
Based on the beloved New Line Cinema film by David Berenbaum, this festive stage adaptation features a book by Tony Award-winners Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin, with a lively score written by composer Matthew Sklar and lyricist Chad Beguelin.
