Military life brings unique challenges that can impact relationships. ELEVATE is a skills-based workshop designed to help couples strengthen communication, build resilience, and maintain healthy relationships.Military & Family Readiness, in partnership with the Air Force Aid Society (AFAS), offers this interactive program to help couples develop the tools needed for long-term relationship success.
During this program couples will learn:
✔ Communication and connection skills
✔ Conflict resolution strategies
✔ Tools for maintaining strong relationships during military life
✔ The 7 core skills that support healthy relationships
👫 Open to Department of Defense ID card holders in a committed relationship
🤝 Connect with other couples in a supportive environment.
💰 Bonus: Air Force Aid Society provides a $160 grant for eligible Air Force and Space Force active-duty members who complete the workshop.
