3 day, 2 night retreat at the nearby Wellspring Conference Center in Germantown, MD. This wooded property is secluded and just far away enough from home - and away from city life - even for my local / DMV friends.**I chose this location so that busy caregivers can afford the TIME it takes to attend a retreat. If you live in Montgomery County - or even Northern Virginia - you can get to this retreat center in 30-45 mintues. AND if absolutely necesssary due to caregiving requirements, you could even sleep at home and join us for the daytime / evening activities***
My hope is that you can still step outside of your daily routine for a few days. Give yourself the time and space to connect with others and reconnect with yourself. Expect to spend time outdoors, tuning in to the natural rhythms of the earth. We’ll also enjoy a sound bath and optional reiki sessions will be available.
All yoga classes will be suitable for any level of practitioner!
