About this Event
An evening of slowing down and flowing into the welcoming worlds of the four elements. In your one hour journey, you will be guided through the performances of each element that include initiation practices and rituals. Get ready to feel the elements within, in nature and hear what they have to say to you.
A small part of the performance will be held in a sauna. You are welcome to skip this part. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the performance so that you can properly be introduced to the space.

This is the level of cosiness that awaits you. You are welcome to come 30 minutes before the performance and will have 30 minutes after to wind down. The attendees of the 21:30 performance will have a longer window to wind down in the space.
