About this Event
Get hands-on and create a custom tea blend of dried herbs, roots and berries to take home. Lennessa will demonstrate methods of steeping and brewing tea. Learn how to enhance your tea experience with elevations like infused honeys, citrus juices and peels, and mix-ins like seamoss gel, for a more diverse and complete nutritional profile.
This class includes tastings. Feel free to bring your own tea cup or mug!

About the Instructor
Lennessa Shantaya is the curator and purveyor of All Things Juicy Yoga specializing in juices, smoothies, teas, tonics, elixirs, Superfoods, seamoss, sprouts and rainbow salads. She is available as a private chef and for wellness consultations.
