We'll explore the Elder Tree & it's traditional uses, along with supportive herbs & functional mushrooms that can be incorporated into the recipe. You'll also learn the foundations of syrup making, giving you the skills to create herbal syrups of your own. Everyone gets to make and take home some elderberry syrup!
