En esta charla, Xavi Puig compartirá más de diez años de experiencia trabajando con insights y explorará cómo convertirlos en materia prima para innovar y qué retos aparecen cuando se trabaja con ellos dentro de una gran organización.
Sobre Xavi Puig
Xavi es estratega e investigador cultural especializado en innovación. Su trabajo se sitúa en la intersección entre tecnología, ciencias sociales y negocio. Ha liderado durante más de tres años la unidad de Insights del área de Innovación B2C de Telefónica y actualmente trabaja en prospectiva estratégica dentro de la compañía. También es profesor y conferenciante, aportando una mirada humanista al sector tecnológico.

About Xavi Puig
Xavi is a strategist and cultural researcher specializing in innovation. His work sits at the intersection of technology, social sciences, and business. He led the Insights unit within Telefónica’s B2C Innovation department for more than three years and currently works in strategic foresight at the company. He is also a lecturer and speaker, bringing a human-centered perspective to the technology sector.
