Biztos ismerős az a pillanat, amikor meghallod egy táncos térben ezt az instrukciót: "fordulj oda valakihez és mozdulj vele" - mi történik akkor benned?
Befeszülsz az ellenállástól? Vagy örülsz neki? Elkezdesz máshogy mozogni, igazodni hozzá, meg akarsz neki felelni...? Mi történik benned, ha rád mosolyog? És ha nem...?
Akárhogy is hat rád ez az instrukció, biztos, hogy végtelen felfedezések kapuja lehet önmagadról, a kapcsolódásaidról.
És mi történik akkor, amikor nincs ilyen instrukció? Kerülöd a kapcsolódást, mert azt érzed, akkor vagy végre igazán szabad, ha magadban táncolhatsz? Vagy épp ellenkezőleg, keresed a lehetőséget, mert egyedül minden unalmasabb...?
Ebben a 7 alkalmas csoportban ezt a témát járjuk körbe: sok humorral, kíváncsisággal és könnyedséggel: hogy mit mutatnak a kapcsolódásaink a tánctéren - és mit tükröznek vissza az életünkből.
Mi történik, amikor valaki odafordul hozzád? Hogyan találkozol? Hogyan mész tovább? A választás és a láthatóság sebezhetősége erősebb érzés, vagy inkább a szabadságuk? Miben más valakivel együtt mozdulni, mint egyedül? És milyen a csoporttal együtt táncolni?
Ne izgulj - az, hogy ez a téma, nem jelenti azt, hogy folyton párban fogunk táncolni, vagy hogy most 7 alkalom alatt megfejtjük és megszereljük az összes kapcsolati mintázatodat :)
Nem ez a cél: hanem a felfedezés, a játék, a tanulás a szabad mozgás terében. Nincs szükséged előzetes tapasztalatra sem, csak nyitottságra és kíváncsiságra.

TOGETHER WITH MYSELF, TOGETHER WITH YOU
You probably know that moment in a dance space when you hear: "take a partner" - what happens in you then?
Do you tighten with resistance? Or are you relieved? Do you start moving differently, adjusting to them, wanting to meet their expectations…? What happens in you if they smile at you?
And what if they don't…?
However that instruction lands, it can open the door to endless discoveries about yourself and your ways of connecting.
And what happens when there's no such instruction? Do you avoid connection, because you feel truly free only when you can dance on your own? Or the opposite - do you look for the chance to connect, because alone everything is more boring…?
In this 7-session group we'll explore exactly this, with plenty of humour, curiosity and lightness: what our connections on the dance floor show us - and what they reflect back from our lives.
What happens when someone turns toward you? How do you meet? How do you move on? Is the vulnerability of choosing and of being visible the stronger feeling, or their freedom? What's different about moving with someone rather than alone? And what is it like to move together with the whole group?
Don't worry - the fact that this is the theme doesn't mean we'll be dancing in pairs all the time, or that in seven sessions we'll decode and repair all your relational patterns :) That's not the goal. The goal is discovery, play and learning in the space of free movement. You don't need any previous experience either - only openness and curiosity.
