Dear friends,We are sending you the information letter about expedition to Egypt this October.
The plan if you are considering joining our expedition to Egypt:
1. Review the information letter.
It already includes details about the itinerary, the estimated cost of the trip, and the program.
2. Check the travel dates and flight tickets.
October 16–24 are the exact dates of the expedition. If these dates work for you, you can make your decision and book your flights to Hurghada.
3. If you decide to join the expedition, please let Satya or Natalia know.
4. By July 1, make a downpayment of 50% of the expedition cost to Satya’s or Natalia; this will confirm your participation and allow us to make the necessary reservations for accommodation and transportation.
5. The preliminary cost may change slightly and we will send the updated cost till 7th of June. Depending on the amound of participants.
