Whether you’re sober, sober-curious, in recovery, pregnant, postpartum, or simply looking for a supportive community of moms, we’d love to have you join us.
It does call for rain and even though that could change, the Family Centre gives us a comfortable place to gather with access to seating, washrooms, water, and a welcoming space for moms and little ones alike.
Bring:
☕ Your coffee or water bottle
? A few toys or snacks for the kiddos
? Yourself exactly as you are
This group is all about building genuine friendships, supporting one another, getting out of the house, and finding community in motherhood and sobriety.
No pressure.
No judgment.
Just mom’s supporting moms.
