Bryan Elliott is the Founder and CEO of FLō Energy Solutions and Co-founder of M46 Ministries. He is an engineer, author and business leader who has spent 27 years applying Kingdom principles to the way he builds and leads organizations.

FLō Energy Solutions has completed nearly 5,000 large-scale supermarket installations across North America, holds nine patents and has surpassed $50 million in annual revenue. Bryan has also founded real estate development and investment companies and serves on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards.

Driven by a passion for freedom, truth and declaring the goodness of God, Bryan co-founded Bee Me Kidz, a charity serving 3,500 children and 650 parents across four cities, and M46 Ministries with his daughter Bryn. He is also the author of five books.

Bryan and his wife, Teresa, have six children and live in New Brunswick.

Michael Pierce is the Co-founder and President of Christ For Your City.

Michael entered ministry in 1977 at the age of 19, serving marginalized communities, First Nations communities and people living on the streets. In 1995, Michael and his wife, Ann, invited their city into 120 days of prayer—an initiative that became the beginning of Christ For Your City.

In recent years, Michael has focused increasingly on mentorship and the need for spiritual fathers and mothers to raise up sons and daughters through authentic relationships. This work includes the “50 Days to Your Pentecost” daily livestream and “The Father’s Life” podcast, where he speaks with national and international guests living out an overcoming life in Christ.

Michael and Ann have been married for 45 years and live in Calgary.

Colt Charlebois is a business coach, trainer of coaches, host of The Driven Podcast and founder of Edify—a platfom help faith-based founders mentor the next generation.

After building a seven-figure real estate business, Colt found himself unfulfilled, burned out and spiritually discouraged. A personal health crisis and financial collapse led to a radical surrender and a revelation on where Christ did not have lordship in his life. Through this he was able to develop The Pillars of Kingdom-Minded Business—a framework aligning spiritual disciplines with a people-first business strategy.

For more than 12 years, Colt has helped business leaders grow their revenue and impact others without losing their soul—or families—in the process. He has spoken internationally to audiences including KPMG, SUCCESS (Magazine), eXp Realty, Keller Williams, RE/MAX and LeaderImpact Global Exchange.

Colt lives near Ottawa, Ontario with his wife, and son.
