Ecst∆tic D∆NCE Zurich with martinaglows (ED Winterthur)About:
martinaglows, host of Ecstatic Dance Winterthur, was born into a family of professional musicians, so music and dance have been a lifelong passion, and a way to express herself when words fail.
Her sets blend grounding world music with afro, latin, and dancehall, helping dancers release overwhelm, perfectionism, and everyday expectations, including those they may have towards themselves. Rooted in her work as a Health Coach, she sees dance as a powerful tool for wellbeing and a reminder that you are enough.
