Arrive at the temple steps Breathe yourself in
Life is a ceremony
Your body
A sacred space , a miracle
Your spirit
Limitless
We gather to move
The medicine that lives in our bones
Music as our muse
Dancing with the language of rhythm
An expression of the heart
Come back to yourself
Again and again
Like a prayer
A practice
A ritual
Let’s dance , & circle , & celebrate
The season of change , of gratitude
Beautiful abundance & of letting go..
As the days grow shorter, & the nights longer..
What seeds are we burying & germinating for the winter months ?
How do we connect to the energy of Abundance , & gratitude ?
Can we allow ourselves space to let go , a space to change ?
Let’s Dance :)
