SELF LOVE is not about fixing yourself or forcing positivity. It is an invitation to meet yourself as you are—with honesty, tenderness, curiosity, and play. Together, we’ll share cacao and explore playful connection exercises that help us soften, laugh, and feel more at home with ourselves and each other.
Then we take it into movement. Through Ecstatic Dance, you are free to listen to your body, express what is alive, and celebrate the person you already are. Come alone or with friends—no dance experience and no pressure to perform. Just bring your real self.

We usually close with a short sound healing to rest and settle after the dance. We follow the energy of the evening and our intuition, so sometimes we may close in a different way.
