An evening of free movement, music and deep rest. Mark opens the night by gently guiding us into our bodies, Yvonne holds the dance floor as DJ, and Chantal closes with a sound bath and yoga nidra. No experience needed. Come as you are and let the music move you.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Space is limited to 20 dancers.
