About this Event
⚡️Join us on Saturday November 23rd as we move and shake to some epic ecstatic beats with guest DJ Elfé accompanied by live drumming from Aarif. As we approach the end of the year, we'll also be taking some time after the dance to drink, eat and chat together as we celebrate this emerging community. Surrender yourself to a safe, judgement-free space without shoes, booze, talking or phones. Experience primal release with our growing community of wild dancers. 🌀
🎧 We're delighted to welcome Elfé as our ecstatic DJ for the night. Elfé (aka Aoife) found her passion, honed her skills and emerged as a DJ in Berlin's thriving dance scene in recent years, even playing at Berlin's infamous Kitkat Club! Fortunately, she has returned to the homeland to gift us with some epic grooves and ecstatic release. She is a firm believer in the power that music has to elevate our consciousness to higher states, to connect us to ourselves and each other.
🥁 We'll be adding another exciting element to our experience, layering Elfé's explosive DJ set with some live drumming from Aafir Amod! Aarif is a Dublin-based artist with deep roots in South Africa and India. He has experiences in street, event and music photography and is a well-versed musician playing instruments like the Djembe, Udu Drum and Kalimba!
🍫 For this event, cacao will be available on entry to the space for €2 a cup, served by Olena. You can pay with correct change or via QR code. Drink at your own pace.
🍕 Would you like a few slices of pizza and a refreshing drink after the dance when we do our urban social? Pay a contribution when you buy your ticket and you'll receive an email closer to the event date with a few options for you to choose from (e.g. vegetarian, pepperoni, gluten-free). Of course, you can also bring your own food!
