We're so excited to welcome on the decks with Ecstatic Dance founder guiding the cacao activation alongside the powerful bringing her dreamy soundscapes. Delicious food & ceremonial cacao will also be available throughout the event with the talented & .

We are community that learn how to tap into the natural ways to celebrate life and grow together.

A time to infuse our intentions as the sublime cacao, music and sounds circulate through our bodies. Delight in the beautiful surroundings of coed hills rural art space. You can enjoy a wonder in the forest garden, the stone circle, the woods, have a pick at the eco sustainable constructions, have a sauna or some ceremonial cacao.

Cacao Activation & Live Sounds w/ Sea Gypsee + Oyu
7pm - 7.20pm

At the beginning of this session, we will introduce ceremonial cacao. As well as being incredibly delicious, ceremonial cacao helps us to ground, enhance our dance experience and open our hearts. It can also gently guide us to connect with hidden dimensions of ourselves. At Ecstatic Dance Cardiff, we prepare cacao with great respect for the indigenous wisdom keepers of this master plant medicine, infusing it with prayers and songs during the whole preparation process ✨

As we sip Ceremonial Cacao with intention and through a guided meditation to open our hearts, we will call in an intention for this year. The effects of cacao can vary from one person to another, but you can expect an improvement of mood and pleasure, stimulation of mental alertness and heart expansion.

As well as being one of the most potent superfood on the planet, this ceremonial grade cacao will help you to reach a state of mild euphoria, without altering your consciousness. It's a beautiful heart-opener and with intention, it can help you enhance your wellbeing to the next level. It truly is the new way to dance without alcohol and we absolutely love it!

Ecstatic Dance w/ ANNA LISA
7:20pm - 9.10pm

You are invited to this safe, playful space, where the whole of you is welcomed. In this session, you will gently be guided to breathe, let go of stress, recharge and move as you feel. Dancing and cultivating authentic movement from the inside is deeply nurturing and healing. Be prepared to deeply connect with the elements, move, sweat, experience and enjoy!

🌊 Unlike clubbing, ecstatic dance sets are built like "waves" moving from slow and mellow, to very dynamic and everything else in between; gently guiding you to stretch your body and mind in many directions, to experience the vast spectrum of your emotions with mindfulness and wild abandon. Most of the time when people dance it is to look good to others, but here, we dance to connect with our authentic natural selves

Closing Circle
9.10-9.15pm

We gather in circle to close the evening. This is a chance to feel connected in peace as a tribe. We tune into what is present within us, share and receive others experience in authenticity and non judgment. There will also be a chance to talk more by the fire after the dance.

9.15-10pm

After the dance, for those who wish to stay, there will be delicious food by Jimmys Kitchen & Black Cat Cacao. It's a time for us to just be together by the fire in the autumn magic!

Black Cat Cacao and Jimmy’s Kitchen are rooted in a love of nourishment, ritual and the stories carried within the foods we share. Their founder, Jimmy, spent 25 years living and working in East Africa, where hospitality, generosity and the importance of gathering around food became woven into everyday life. More recently, journeys to Ecuador have deepened his relationship with cacao, including time spent learning from those who work closely with Mama Cacao and the traditions that honour her as both plant medicine and teacher.

The invitation is simple: to slow down, reconnect and receive nourishment as an act of care.

The savoury nourishment bowl is designed to ground and replenish after movement, bringing together protein-rich quinoa with a gently spiced seasonal dhal. It is finished with rainbow kimchi and Jimmychiri – a vibrant herb dressing inspired by chimichurri and enriched with seasonal wild garlic, combining parsley, coriander, garlic, lemon, chilli and olive oil into a fresh, zesty accompaniment that lifts the entire dish. Fermented vegetables provide a tangy contrast, creating a bowl that is both deeply nourishing and full of flavour.

The sweet bowl offers a softer landing: cool yoghurt layered with tahini, hemp hearts and delicate cacao flakes, finished with strawberry coulis and optional honey. It is simple, nourishing comfort food – balancing protein, healthy fats and a touch of sweetness to support recovery and integration after dance. Together, they celebrate nourishment not simply as fuel, but as pleasure, ritual and connection.

Raised between the wilds of West Africa and the mystical lands of Avalon, Anna-Lisa’s childhood was steeped in magic, movement, and deep connection to nature. This foundation has evolved into a lifelong passion for creating transformative spaces for expression, empowerment, and play.

With a rich tapestry of training in energetic, physical, therapeutic, and creative disciplines, Anna-Lisa curates dance experiences that invite participants to journey inward while embracing unfiltered joy. Her approach to Ecstatic Dance is rooted in authenticity, creativity, and freedom, blending sensuality and flow with deep, primal bass and electrifying drops—each set a carefully woven journey of expansion, wild abandon, and soulful stillness.

A pioneering force in the conscious dance scene, she is the founder of Ecstatic Dance Brighton and co-founder of Avalon Dance Odyssey, Brighton Sober Parties, and Girls Like Bass (Women’s Sober Rave). Her work regularly graces Ecstatic Dance UK, Bristol, Bath, and Samsara Retreat, as well as festivals including Wilderness, Boomtown, Good Vibrations, Buddhafields, Medicine Woman, and Heart of the Rose.

Anna-Lisa’s mission is simple yet profound: to hold space for transformation, connection, and uninhibited expression through the power of dance.

Sea Gypsee is a soulful ceremonialist, DJ, producer, art therapist and ecstatic dance facilitator rooted in the wild feminine and oceanic flow. Founder of Ecstatic Dance Cardiff, she has been holding conscious dance spaces since 2021 across London, Paris, Lisbon, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Manchester & Bristol.
At the heart of her work is a deep love for bringing people together. Through meditation, movement and ritual, she creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and meet each other with openness, creativity and deep presence.
Her ceremonies are invitations to come home to the body, soften the heart, and stir the soul. Known for her warmth, playfulness and sensitivity, she guides journeys that weave together stillness and movement, depth and lightness, creating space for authentic expression, connection and transformation.
Her gatherings are inclusive spaces where people are invited to rediscover the beauty of what it means to be human together.

Oyu is passionate about weaving ancient Chinese wisdom of Daoism, power of breath and our voices to help us dissolve into non dual state of consciousness. She has a deep connection with nature and is often guided by the wisdom of trees. She creates powerful songs that brings harmony, openness and timelessness into the space she holds.

She has been bringing the dragon awakening vocal rituals to festivals like Being Gathering in Portugal, Medicine Festival and Love Jam Campout in the UK.
