We dance barefoot and best to wear comfy clothing you would ordinarily wear to dance freely/attend a yoga class.

Water bottle. There is a kitchen close to the dance floor where you can refill.

Blanket/shawl - you may wish to bring something to wrap yourself up in for comfort/containment at the end.

Yoga mat - you may wish to bring a mat with you, again for comfort at the end if you prefer this to sitting on our wooden floor.
