🐬 ECSTATIC DANCE WITH DJ DOLPHIN 🌊✨A therapeutic dance journey for body, mind & spirit.
We begin with a guided relaxation, flute and dolphin-inspired sound healing, creating a gentle space to ground, centre, and arrive fully in the body and the present moment.
From there, the music gradually builds, opening into a vibrant, festival-style dance floor with an organic house DJ set infused with live vocals by MC Alice Sea.
Expect live instruments/ vocals, epic sounds, and world tribal-electronic influences woven throughout the journey — inviting you to feel the rhythm, move freely, and let the music carry you.
This is a space to shake out the cobwebs, release stress, awaken your life force, and move in whatever way feels true for you.
No choreography.
No expectations.
No experience required.
Just come as you are. 🐬
The journey closes with stillness, sound and integration, giving you space to soften, breathe, and absorb the experience — leaving you feeling refreshed, connected, and revitalised.
