About this Event
Join Us for a Night of Music, Movement & Magic!
EXPERIENCE THE POWER OF BREATH & MOVEMENT!
• A trauma-informed, somatically grounded experiential evening that moves through connection, movement, activation, release, and integration.
• Come as you are. Move what wants to move. Breathe into what wants space.
• Through music, intuitive movement, guided breathwork, and somatic practices, we'll explore release, connection, play, aliveness, and deep rest in a trauma-informed, choice-centered space.
• ECSTATIC BREATHWORK
A guided, activating breath practice combining rhythmic breathing, body awareness, music, and periods of rest. Participants are invited to notice sensation, emotion, and energy while remaining connected to choice and their own body's signals.
• ECSTATIC DANCE
A free-form movement practice with no choreography and no “right” way to dance. Follow your body's impulses, explore rhythm and stillness, dance alone or connect consensually with others.
• Key Benefits • Emotional Release: Helps excavate hidden or somatic tension, grief, and past stress imprints stored in the physical body. • Altered States: Generates shifts in oxygen and carbon dioxide balance that can produce feelings of expansiveness, unity, deep rest, or ecstatic lightness. • Nervous System Reset: Balances brain chemistry, releases endorphins, and moves the body from rigid defense patterns into deep integrative awareness.
