Step away from the noise of the outside world and come back home to yourself through movement.
This Friday night ecstatic dance experience is an invitation to move freely, explore embodied expression, and let your body lead without worrying about how it looks or getting it “right.” Through music and intuitive movement, we’ll create space for the thinking mind to soften so you can listen more deeply to what’s moving within you.
You’ll be held in an intentional container rooted in safety, consent, curiosity, and self-exploration, with the freedom to move as much or as little as your body desires.
No choreography. No dance experience needed. Just an open invitation to move, feel, play, express, and reconnect with yourself.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
