A space to step out of your head, into your body, and let the music move you.
Join Hayley for a 2-hour Ecstatic Dance journey combining uplifting and soulful music, free movement, connection, grounding and space to simply be yourself.
No dance experience needed. No choreography. No right or wrong way to move.
Just you, your body, the music and whatever wants to move through you. 🌀
🌿 What to expect
We begin by gently arriving into the space with a short guided meditation and optional breathwork journey, helping you ground, connect with your body and leave the outside world behind.
Then the music takes over.
Expect an eclectic journey through uplifting beats, soulful sounds and rhythms designed to invite movement, play, freedom and expression.
You might dance wildly.
You might move slowly.
You might laugh, shake, stretch, close your eyes or simply pause.
There is no performance and no pressure, just an invitation to listen to your body and move in whatever way feels right for you.
The session closes with time to ground, breathe and come back into yourself.

Whether you’re already an experienced dancer or you’ve never been to an Ecstatic Dance before, you are warmly welcome. 🦋
If you’re curious but feeling a little nervous, that’s completely okay. Come as you are and know you will be supported by a open minded and welcoming community. 🙏🏼
🌸 What to bring
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat if you’d like one
• Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
• Bare feet are encouraged, but supportive footwear is absolutely welcome
• Optional: drum, shaker, tambourine or other percussion instrument

This is a movement and music experience with loud music and some flashing lights.

Hi, I’m Hayley and I’ve been creating and facilitating events for the past 7 years. I’m passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where people can express, release and transform.
With a background in breathwork, Reiki, hypnotherapy and holistic wellbeing, my intention is to create spaces where you can reconnect with yourself, feel supported to let go and simply be you, without judgement or expectation.
