Film Screening & Discussion: 1984Join Sunflower Privacy Alliance for a screening and discussion of George Orwell's 1984, the classic story of mass surveillance, government control, and the erosion of privacy. As we continue our work pushing for surveillance accountability here in Kansas, this film feels more relevant than ever.
After the screening, stick around for an open discussion connecting the film's themes to what's happening with surveillance technology in our own communities today.
