The holiday classic soars off the screen in this musical adaptation of the beloved television special. Filled with holiday hits like " Holly, Jolly Christmas", the show features all your favorite characters like Hermey the Elf, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius and, of course, Rudolph. It's an adventure that teaches us what makes you different makes you special.AUDITIONS: Prepare a 30-60 second cutting from any Broadway, Disney or holiday song. Bring your accompaniment- piano player, CD, phone or other device. There will be no dance audition.
ROLES: 18 males & 12 females ages high school to adult including Rudolph, Clarice, Mr. & Mrs. Santa, Yukon Cornelius, Hermey the Elf, Sam the Snowman, Boss Elf, Reindeer, Elf Chorus, Mr. & Mrs. Donner and Bumble and 12-14 boys & girls ages 8-13 including Misfit Toys and Woodland Creatures.
REHEARSALS: Generally 3 to 4 nights per week from 7pm-9pm Monday through Thursday October 21 to December 17.
PERFORMANCES: 4 public performances December 18-20 at Pablo Center-RCU Theatre.
