Open House happening on Saturday, October 17.
Advanced registration and deposit are required, and spaces are limited.
Each student under the age of 18 will require an adult chaperone. Each adult may chaperone a maximum of two students (both of whom must be their own students).
- 6 a.m. Check-in opens
- 6:30 a.m. Bus boards at Hotel Blackfoot - NE Parking Lot (5940 Blackfoot Trl SE, Calgary)
- 7 a.m. Bus departs to Edmonton
- 10 a.m. Bus arrives at University of Alberta North Campus, Edmonton
- 2:40 p.m. Bus boards at U of A North Campus for return trip to Calgary
- 3 p.m. Bus departs to Calgary
- 6 p.m. Bus returns to Calgary
A $25 deposit (+ non-refundable eventbrite fee) will be required at the time of registration.
$25 will be refunded to you 7-10 days after the event if you took the shuttle to Open House. If you do not show on the morning of October 17, your ticket deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
